Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of OmadMode (operated by ialae) (the "Service"). It forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to this AUP. We may update it from time to time; the "Last updated" date shows when it last changed.

1. General

You must use the Service lawfully, responsibly, and only for its intended purpose. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for anyone you allow to use it.

2. Prohibited conduct

You must not, and must not attempt to, or permit or encourage others to:

• use the Service in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
• use the Service to create, request, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, dangerous, or intended to cause harm, including unsafe or deliberately harmful "recipes", instructions, or nutritional guidance;
• misrepresent generated recipes or nutritional estimates as professional medical, nutritional, or dietary advice to others, or rely on them as such;
• upload, submit, or transmit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, or that violates the privacy or rights of others;
• infringe or misappropriate any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other right;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our or others' systems or networks, or probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorisation;
• interfere with, disrupt, overload, or impair the Service or its infrastructure, including through denial-of-service attacks, excessive automated requests, or circumventing rate limits or quotas;
• scrape, crawl, harvest, or otherwise extract data or content from the Service by automated means without our prior written permission;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, models, prompts, or underlying technology of the Service, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law;
• use the Service to build or train a competing product or machine-learning model, or to resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or its output except as expressly permitted;
• share, sell, or transfer your account or access credentials, or use the Service in a way that circumvents plan limits or fees;
• introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code, or use the Service to distribute them;
• remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices; or
• use the Service to deceive, defraud, impersonate, or mislead others.

3. Fair use and automated access

Access is intended for individual, human, personal use. Automated or programmatic access, bulk usage, or usage that materially exceeds normal individual use may be throttled, suspended, or terminated, and may require a separate agreement.

4. Compliance and reporting

You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with this AUP and with any laws that apply to you. If you become aware of a violation or a security issue, report it promptly to contact@ialae.com.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts or access, with or without notice depending on the severity, and may take any action we consider appropriate, including cooperating with law enforcement and reporting illegal activity. We are not required to monitor use, but may do so. Violation of this AUP is a breach of the Terms.
